It's the seventh year anniversary of the mall that I'm presently assigned with. I will be on my seventh year also working with this company. I met a lot of people, some whom became good friends of mine. It makes leaving more difficult.
I may not like what I'm doing now but the friends that I have here make staying worth for a while. I say for a while since I may have the need to move on when the time comes. Definitely my friendship with my collegue and staff will forever stay. =)
I remember someone told a collegue of mine that friendship seems to affect our work relationship. Yes.. it affects it in a way that we can work well with each other. Discuss work matters over lunch without feeling stressed. Being able to explain things well with each other.
Friendship is part of our daily lives.. we may not be forever working in the same company but the bond will still be there.
